Cancellation and Refund Policy

For any cancellation please contact us by Calling or Whatsapp to +91 78900 99137

For booking cancellation amount to be refunded on Google Pay number provided to us. If paid online via RazorPay Payment Gateway via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI / Wallet will be returned to the Payment source selected during the time of payment.

P.S: All refund should be initited to the payment method from our registered payment gateway within 4-5 working days. Payment to be settled to your payment method within 5-7 working days and amount should reflect on your account.
A refund confirmation will be also be sent to you over E-mail or WhatsApp or SMS.

Booking cancellation fees for Booking Cancellation

1. 20% of booking amount if cancelled prior to 1 month from checking date.
2. 30% of booking amount if cancelled prior to 20 days from checking date.
3. 50% of booking amount if cancelled prior to 10 days from checking date.
4. No refund if cancelled prior to 9 day and there after from checking date.

Our Check-In time: 11:00 AM and Check-Out time: 10:00 AM.
